Vinification: pressing with short maceration of the grapes (2-3 hours), soft pressing

Appearance: cherry pink clear

Aroma: full bouquet with intense notes of fresh red fruits, lingering odor

Taste: fresh, with delicate minerals note that amplify an alluring structure, perfectly balanced, with a delicate and seductive final

Food matches: ideal with crustaceans aperitifs, seafood, fish
