Fermentation: in vitrified cement tanks   – 6 mt below the ground

Ageing: stainless steel Tanks for 3 months and 2 months in bottle

Alcohol content: alc. 13% vol

Tasting Notes

Appearance: straw yellow to greenish

Aroma: intense scents, full and floral bouquet, with strong balsamic notes

Taste: fresh, savory, complex, elegant, perfectly balanced, with a delicate and persistent final

Food matches: ideal combination with crustaceans aperitifs, seafood, fish.

Serving temperature: 5°C – 8°C

Storage: in a cool place, away from light and heat sources
