Tasting Notes

Appearance: intense ruby red wine

Aromas: obvious hints of ripe red fruit (black cherry, mulberry) with slight spicy (licorice, anise, cinnamon, cloves)

Taste: dry wine elegant and pleasant, soft tannin, balanced – dry and pleasant final

Food matches: ideal combination with first dishes with meat sauce, grilled meats, roasted meats, aged and spicy cheeses

Serving temperature: 15°C – 18°C

Storage: in a cool place, away from light and heat sources
